FAQ
How many photos will I receive?
All photo's will be included and professionally edited unless a specified number is given in the session type/package.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel costs are included within a 25 mile radius. If the event is outside the radius, it will be additional. Everything will be transparently outlined to you upon booking.
How long does it take to receive the photos and how will those be delivered?
Your photos will be finished sent to you via email in a personal gallery for you to download at your convenience within 14 working days. In busier periods along with mini sessions, there may be an extended time of up to 3 weeks.
Weddings are standard 30 - 60 days. You will be sent a sneak peek within 48 hours.
Is there a deposit/RETATINER needed?
A non-refundable 50% retainer will be required upon booking to reserve your space. (This will go towards the total balance) The rest of the balance is to be paid on the day.
I understand that sometimes life gets in the way and there are certain things you can't control. That's why if the session needs to be rescheduled due to weather, illness, etc. the deposit will stay in place and we can find another day to suit.
Please note deposits for weddings are standard $500. Final payment due a minimum of 10 days before the event.

Please note, when sessions have been booked in, you're automatically agreeing to the terms below:
- 50% retainer is required upon booking your shoot to secure your slot/DATE. (Weddings £200 deposit)
-Deposits are non-refundable, If you want to cancel your shoot all together you will not receive your deposit back.
-Cancelations - within 48 hours you will be charged 50% of the booking fee, Within 24 hours your will be charged 100% of the booking fee to cover loss of earnings.
- If you need to cancel your shoot, please try and let me know 48 hours before your session.
-If you need to rearrange, no problem! Happy to re-arrange and book you back in free of charge.
- If you are 15 minutes or more late for your session and have not reached out to make contact to inform me that you are running late, your session will be cancelled & you will not be refunded.
- I will do everything possible in order to help clients be cooperative during your session, however if clients are non-cooperative, I cannot be held accountable. I will provide the images but may be less images than expected due to uncooperative clients, a reshoot will not be available unless a fee is paid.
- If a session is booked in and you do not show up without prior notice, the session will be cancelled and you will be unable to book in again until a £50 cancellation fee is paid. If you proceed to fail to show to further sessions, your sessions will be cancelled all together with no refund available and no further bookings will be accepted.
- Photos take around 14 days to edit and get back to you. Busy periods such as Christmas, Birthdays and Holidays may extend this up to 4 weeks. (Weddings not included in this timeline)
- Some photos taken will be used for promotional purposes in advertising and showing examples of the photographers work. Unless specified your images may be posted onto Facebook, Instagram and website.
